Interesting tidbits: Eduardo was released from this facility in 2007 at the age of 17. He came to the Lord that year and began volunteering with Open Arms. After many years of being denied entrance, he was finally able to convince authorities to allow Open Arms to begin a ministry to the inmates. The name of this project comes from the brave young warrior in 1 Chronicles 12:28.
