An Agent of Hope serves as mobilizer, trainer, mentor, and director of outreach in their assigned community. In order to maintain our community based character, all other program staff is made up of volunteers from our local partner churches. Through our Agents of Hope, Open Arms Worldwide mobilizes, prepares, equips and aids God’s people in establishing faith-based community projects to serve at-risk children and their families within their own communities.
